**Hot Principal Sales Engineer - Italy**

**Circa €65 -120K basic + 25-30 OTE + Car allowance + Bens**

Are you a successful **Sales Engineer ?** Have you either worked for **Networking OR Security Vendor ?** My client are a leading Security and Network optimisation vendor and are looking for a **senior sales Engineer** to develop strategic business within the **Service provider** and the **Enterprise **market in Italy **(Manufacturing, Retail, Finance, Public Sector)**

**What you will be doing**

My client have market leading solutions in the Network Security ,Cybersecurity space and Network Optimisation space. You will be working with the Channel - Key partners, Telecom, italia. Fastweb ,

Day to Day responsibilities include:

- Qualifying strategic opportunities bought in by the sales teqm in the Enterprise market or the service provider market.
- Answer RFX's and deliver POCs
- Involved in high level design and low level
- Strong expertise at layers 4-7 of the OSI stack, ideally with some knowledge of layer 2-3 of the OSI stack
- Be able to travel as required by the business

**What you'll need**
- Home based role - ideally Milan
- Travelling 50-60% of the time
- Be eligible to work in Italy and speak fluent
- Proven understanding of the two-tier channel model
