La nostra dinamica società immobiliare è alla ricerca di un innovativo Property Manager con partita IVA, pronto a unirsi al nostro team per gestire e rivoluzionare il modo in cui le proprietà vengono amministrate. Questa posizione rappresenta un'opportunità unica per chi vuole essere al centro dell'evoluzione del settore immobiliare, gestendo una serie di proprietà esclusive sul Lago di Como, partendo da un piccolo hotel di 10 stanze situato a Tavernola, Como.

**Responsabilità principali**:

- **Gestione da A a Z**: Dall'acquisizione delle proprietà (prima che appaiano sui portali), gestione documenti, all'ottimizzazione dei prezzi e alla gestione contabile, sarai il pilastro su cui si fonderà il successo delle nostre proprietà.
- **Ottimizzazione dei ricavi**: Implementazione di strategie dinamiche di pricing per massimizzare i profitti, mantenendo un alto livello di occupazione.
- **Amministrazione e contabilità**: Gestione delle operazioni quotidiane, dalla contabilità alla rendicontazione finanziaria, garantendo trasparenza e efficienza.
- **Crescita e leadership**: Nel tuo primo anno, sarai responsabile della gestione di circa 10 proprietà. Con il successo e la crescita, avrai l'opportunità di costruire e gestire un team dedicato, con la prospettiva di partecipare agli utili aziendali.

**Requisiti**:

- **Lingue**: Essendo una destinazione internazionale, richiediamo la padronanza di almeno due lingue, serve una conoscenza almeno come C1 dell'inglese, quindi fluente nel parlato e scritto.
- **Mobilità**: È necessario essere auto muniti, dato il contesto geografico delle proprietà da gestire.
- **Atteggiamento**: Cerchiamo una persona proattiva, con forte motivazione al raggiungimento degli obiettivi e desiderosa di crescere professionalmente in un ambiente dinamico e in espansione.

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno, Part-time, Tirocinio formativo/stage, Contratto con partita IVA
Durata contratto: 12 mesi

Retribuzione: €1.200,00 - €2.000,00 al mese
