**Mission**:
As Technical Recruitment Manager you will manage the Industrial Technical Recruiters Team and be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles, ensuring the acquisition of high caliber talent to support the growth and success of our organization.
**Key Accountabilities**:
- Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies for technical positions to attract top-tier talent
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their technical staffing needs, identify skill requirements, and create job descriptions that effectively communicate the expectations of each role
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions in collaboration with hiring managers and HR teams
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in technical recruitment, ensuring the company remains competitive in attracting and hiring top technical talent
- Coordinate and participate in career fairs, industry events, and other recruitment activities to enhance the company's employer brand
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to streamline and manage the recruitment process effectively
- Generate recruitment reports and analytics to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights for process improvement.
**Education**:
- Master’s Degree in Economics or Psychology
**Qualifications**:
- 5-7 years of recruitment experience with engineering, consulting or professional services field strongly preferred
- Competent in situational agility such that adjusts approach based on the situation and learns from experiences to pivot accordingly in a dynamic environment
- Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization and with people of varying backgrounds
- Proven ability to work in a supportive, collaborative, and inclusive team environment
- Strong knowledge of all relevant HR laws and regulatory requirements
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
