We are seeking a highly skilled Industry Segment Paper Manager to join our team at Finch Henry Job Corps Center. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for driving profitable growth of the Industry Segment by being the knowledge expert and collaborative partner to create customer impact together with the Regional Area and Country commercial teams.

The ideal candidate will have a strong strategic acumen and technical sales expertise, with a proven track record of leading global teams in an international collaborative business environment. You will be responsible for developing and owning the Global Industry Segment strategy, providing strategic direction and collaborating with Industry Segment team members on all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and own the Global Industry Segment strategy
  • Provide strategic direction and collaborate with Industry Segment team members on all levels
  • Own the Industry Segment specific product portfolio and value proposition (incl. global campaigns)
  • Collaborate closely with commercial leads to execute and live the Industry Segment strategy
  • Support Regional / Market Area / Country commercial teams in critical customer meetings/projects
  • Identify customer needs, provide input to RD, and collaborate with PTD on innovation
  • Define target market price and support in project / special prices for Industry Segment product portfolio
  • Lead, coordinate, and track Industry Segment specific product launches based on best practices

Requirements:

  • University degree in engineering and/or business administration (min 4-year degree, reputable university)
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in an international commercial leadership role incl. technical sales
  • Experience leading global teams in an international collaborative business environment
  • Experience working at a manufacturer or OEM within the Paper Industry (particularly segments like Board Converting, Paper Printing Finishing)
  • Experience working in a multi-channel business environment
