**Il Ruolo**

Stiamo cercando un/a **Manager Value Access, Pricing and Health Economics (VAP and HE) - Office Based - **che supporterà lo sviluppo e il mantenimento della proposta di valore dei prodotti di BMS durante l’intero ciclo di vita ed in linea con le strategie Globali mediante:

- L’implementazione delle attività a supporto della strategia di prezzo e rimborso, garantendo che le condizioni di prezzo e rimborsabilità dei prodotti BMS siano appropriate e consentano l’accesso per i pazienti eleggibili al trattamento.
- La ricerca e l’utilizzo proattivo ed autonomo di evidenze oggettive e contestualizzate, a supporto di un’appropriata gestione delle risorse sanitarie e valorizzazione dei benefici farmacoeconomici delle terapie.

**Responsabilità**
- Effettuare tempestivamente e proattivamente analisi di contesto competitivo sulle modalità e tempi di accesso dei farmaci comparatori ai farmaci BMS di propria responsabilità, cooperando con il Senior Manager, VAP & HE e L’Associate Director, VAP & HE nella definizione della strategia di accesso
- Coordinare lo sviluppo della proposizione di valore e della relativa SWOT negoziale per i nuovi prodotti e per le estensioni di indicazione terapeutica di prodotti già in commercio, in collaborazione con Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Business Unit e Business Analytics Teams, nel rispetto della strategia di posizionamento del prodotto nel contesto italiano, della value story e della pricing strategy approvata a livello WW
- Canalizzare e finalizzare le valutazioni cross-funzionali nel processo di sottomissione di richiesta rimborsabilità e prezzo in AIFA, supervisionando la corretta attività di Effettuare tempestivamente e proattivamente analisi di contesto competitivo sulle modalità e tempi di accesso dei farmaci comparatori ai farmaci BMS di propria responsabilità, cooperando con il Senior Manager, VAP & HE e L’Associate Director, VAP & HE nella definizione della strategia di accesso
- Coordinare lo sviluppo della proposizione di valore e della relativa SWOT negoziale per i nuovi prodotti e per le estensioni di indicazione terapeutica di prodotti già in commercio, in collaborazione con Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Business Unit e Business Analytics Teams, nel rispetto della strategia di posizionamento del prodotto nel contesto italiano, della value story e della pricing strategy approvata a livello WW
- Canalizzare e finalizzare le valutazioni cross-funzionali nel processo di sottomissione di richiesta rimborsabilità e prezzo in AIFA, supervisionando la corretta attività di gestione dei sistemi front-end di AIFA (es. Registri di monitoraggio, Negoziazione Prezzo e Rimborso, Monitoraggio Spesa Farmaceutica, Sistema di reportistica SAS), promuovendo la collaborazione con Regolatorio, Government Affairs, Business Unit, Finance e Tender Office.
- Fungere da punto di contatto con il WW VAP and HE Team, relativamente al prodotto BMS di riferimento, per la gestione e l’implementazione locale di progetti specifici e contribuire alla definizione della pricing strategy identificando le peculiari sfide del mercato italiano, al fine di gestire al meglio le sfide negoziali e competitive
- Contribuire alla preparazione e gestione delle SWOT analisys delle negoziazioni delle condizioni di prezzo, rimborsabilità ed accesso con l’Agenzia Italiana del Farmaco (AIFA), nel rispetto delle politiche aziendali
- Partecipare attivamente all’interno dei team cross-funzionali di prodotto facendo comprendere ed integrare le sfide e i progetti di competenza nelle discussioni strategiche ed operative dei Brand Plan
- Proporre e realizzare strumenti e progetti a supporto della value proposition del prodotto BMS di riferimento, inclusi, ma non soltanto, i modelli farmacoeconomici assicurando la collaborazione cross funzionale.
- Proporre e sviluppare strumenti volti a garantire l’efficace comunicazione del valore economico dei farmaci BMS ai principali customer, supportando il Field Access Team nel processo di accesso dei nuovi farmaci nei prontuari regionali e ospedalieri.
- Monitorare ed analizzare i cambiamenti dell’environment esterno e della gove
