**Descrizione generale della mansione**

Sarai la figura che gestisce le relazioni con i clienti, il vero punto di riferimento tra il clienti e il Resort. Sarai garante della soddisfazione dei clienti durante il loro soggiorno raccogliendo, gestendo e analizzando i feedback della propria area di intervento.

**Le tue funzioni principali saranno**:

- Fornire agli ospiti informazioni sui servizi dell'hotel e accogliere gli ospiti durante il loro soggiorno in modo attento, cortese e amichevole.
- Mantenere la riservatezza degli ospiti in ogni momento.
- Svolgere compiti di servizio di front desk.
- Consegna posta e messaggi.
- Raccolta e analisi dei feedback da parte dei clienti, sia positivi che negativi.
- Gestione delle lamentele.
- Elaborazione delle richieste di cibo e bevande.
- Coordinamento con portineria, personale di cucina e pulizie.
- Coordinamento di servizi di terze parti come guide turistiche, taxi, trasferimenti aeroportuali e noleggio auto.

**Requirements**:
**Sono richiesti**:

- Esperienza di almeno 2 anni nella posizione. L'esperienza maturata all'interno di un hotel a 5 stelle sarà considerata un plus.
- Conoscenze informatiche di base (MS Office e gestionali aziendali) e programma di gestione alberghiera a livello intermedio.
- Inglese e Spagnolo livello B2/C1.
- Francesce e Tedesco livello B1/B2.
- Standing elegante e raffinato.
- Professionalità e competenza nel servizio clienti.
- Doti organizzative e gestionali.
- Capacità di lavorare sotto pressione.
- Capacità di trasmettere informazioni e idee in modo chiaro.
- Comprendere ed eseguire operazioni matematiche di base.
