- JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Be involved in the deployment of employee shareholding programs (Boost, performance share plan vesting, local purchase plans, French P.E.E), being a point of reference for all internal (Finance, HRBPs, communication, employees, payroll...) and external stakeholders (banks, consulting firms)
- Contribute to the evolution of current EssilorLuxottica employee shareholding programs (Boost, local purchase plan, French P.E.E)
- Participate in recurring projects within the team: bids with external stakeholders, follow-up of annual budget, IT transformation
- Challenges of the job & Main success factors- Need of coordination, anticipation, management of unexpected problems to be solved
- Reactivity, willingness to help, long-term vision
- NETWORK OF INTERACTION:
- INTERNAL : Employee Shareholding Team, C&B Team, Payroll Team, HRBP Corporate, Communications Team
- EXTERNAL : Banks (BNP Paribas, Société Générale), Consulting firm
- TECHNICAL SKILLS PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE- Educational Background in General Business Management/Economics
- At least 1/2 years of experience in Compensation topics
- Strong problem solving skills
- Solid experience with Excel, PPT and Word
- You love simplifying complex problems into very short findings
- You are very reactive and always willing to help
- You are able to listen to others before voicing your opinions
- Currently enrolled or recently graduated in a Master’s level degree
- LANGUAGES:
- Italian - Fluent
- English - Fluent
- Other Languages - not mandatory, is a plus
