**Posizione**:
The Global Key Account Manager, reporting to the Global Key Account Director Global Softlines & Hardlines, is responsible for Sales growth, revenue and Business Line profit. This will involve developing and executing business plans and strategies to attract new and retain & develop existing clients on the Italian territory. The role also includes working with Marketing and other Business Development team members to promote strategic areas of the business and identify new revenue streams.
- Set and execute sales plan in line with Company’s sales objectives and policy.
- Formulate local/global business development strategy, in synergy with Group Management.
- Responsible for developing business opportunities with Italian key clients (hunting) and for maintaining existing customers (farming), through effective client research, prospecting, and networking.
- Develop and maintain personal knowledge of priority sectors, market trends and routes to market for improved effectiveness within a sales support function.
- Drive complex deals from technical definition trough budgeting and proposal to order.
- Approach the customer in a cross-selling perspective, promoting synergies with other business lines.
- Prepare monthly sales reporting, record customer interactions and opportunities into the CRM on a daily basis.

**Requisiti**:

- Bachelor Degree, in Economics or Scientific area (Chemistry or related)
- Proven commercial experience working with customers in the Fashion industry
- 5+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development or Product Management, gained into the Fashion, Textile, Clothes, and Leather sectors.
- Strong negotiation skills and demonstrated strategic market penetration abilities
- Demonstrated ability to identify strategic and tactical processes with positive results
- Fluent Italian and English language, in written and verbal communications
- Availability to travel in Italy or abroad
