Mission: Il Guest Service Line Agent rispetta le operazioni quotidiane del reparto, assistendo tutte le richieste dei clienti attraverso la linea telefonica e impegnandosi a raggiungere l'eccellenza nella soddisfazione del cliente.

Che cosa devo fare?
- Rispettare la strategia di servizio al cliente attraverso la linea telefonica stabilita, gestendo in modo efficiente tutte le richieste degli ospiti e impegnandosi a raggiungere la soddisfazione totale del cliente.
- Garantire l'esperienza del cliente, personalizzando il suo soggiorno, anticipando le sue esigenze e superando le aspettative.
- Informare e offrire ai clienti, via telefono, servizi e prodotti in base alle loro preferenze, sia in hotel che nella destinazione, applicando tecniche di upselling e cross-selling per ottimizzare i ricavi extra dell'hotel.

Requisiti:

- conoscenza di Microsoft (Word, Excel, Outlook);
- ottima conoscenza dell'inglese e dell'italiano, una terza lingua è un plus (idealmente spagnolo);
- esperienza precedente nello stesso ruolo all'interno di un Hotel dello stesso livello;
- disponibile per lavorare a turni;
- Conoscenza di Micros OPERA.

I dati del curriculum potranno essere comunicati alla società controllante Meliá Hotels International SA e agli hotel del Brand Meliá presenti in Italia. Il tempo di conservazione degli stessi è di 24 mesi e non si effettuano attività di profilazione.
