Collaborate with the Adm. Manager in the following activities:

- Managing the company car fleet of 140 cars (handling of lease contracts, invoice control etc.)
- Handling of company mobile phone contracts (200) and hardware ordering
- Take care of and manage the maintenance of the corporate offices in terms of setting up rooms
- Support for equipment maintenance activities (preventive and corrective);
- Monitor the constant and efficient provision of utilities services (electricity, water, gas, telephony, etc.) at headquarters, managing any emergencies and/or alarms;
- Supply stationery, furniture and furnishings, and all non-core company assets in accordance with Group policies;
- Follow the contractualization of assigned services/goods by managing relations with the relevant suppliers;
- Validate invoices from suppliers of services/goods by preparing appropriate KPI control reports;
- Availability to do external services (i.e. banks, car rental companies, post offices, etc.).
- Backup of Admin & Facility Manager in case of absence
- support for events and meetings

The following requirements are essential:

- diploma/degree;
- at least 3 years' experience in the role;
- Knowledge of managing supply contracts, rental, leasing;
- Very good knowledge of Office package. SAP a plus;
- Knowledge of the English language;
- B driving license;
- Attitude for teamwork.
