Il nostro cliente, azienda operante nel B2B, è leader mondiale nella produzione e distribuzione di dispositivi per il settore medicale. All’interno di un contesto estremamente dinamico e stimolante, ricerchiamo un Administrative Assistant con un’ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese.

**Il tuo nuovo ruolo**
La risorsa riporterà direttamente all’Administrative Manager e sarà responsabile per la gestione dell’ufficio, il coordinamento e l’organizzazione degli eventi. Nello specifico, si occuperà di:

- Apertura e chiusura dell’ufficio;
- Attività di segreteria (centralino e posta, accoglienza, ordini cancelleria, organizzazione riunioni nazionali ed internazionali, archiviazione documenti);
- Supporto alla divisione Finance (gestione rapporti con agenzia dell’entrate, registrazione fatture, Iva);
- Coordinamento con le diverse Business Unit per l’organizzazione di eventi e corsi.

**Di cosa hai bisogno per aver successo**
Si richiede Diploma o Laurea, esperienza pregressa di almeno 2.3 anni come Administrative Assistant/Executive Assistant/Office Manager e ottima padronanza della lingua inglese.

Completano il profilo buone doti di organizzazione, gestione delle priorità e lavoro in team.

**Cosa avrai in cambio**
Si offre contratto in somministrazione di 12 mesi (sostituzione maternità).

Possibilità di lavoro da remoto 2 giorni a settimana e ticket restaurant € 8.

La retribuzione sarà commisurata in base all’esperienza pregressa.

Luogo di Lavoro: Milano.
