**Posizione**: Impiegato/a per assistenza clienti (n°1 posizione disponibili)

**Sede di Lavoro**: Rimini (RN)

**Descrizione del Lavoro**:
La posizione richiede un approccio attento e professionale per assistere i clienti nel processo post-vendita. Le responsabilità includono:

- Fornire assistenza e supporto ai clienti che hanno acquistato un prodotto.
- Gestire reclami e problemi dei clienti offrendo soluzioni tempestive e soddisfacenti.
- Collaborare con altri reparti per garantire una risoluzione efficace delle richieste.
- Mantenere un'elevata conoscenza dei prodotti e delle offerte aziendali per fornire informazioni accurate.
- Monitorare i feedback dei clienti per suggerire miglioramenti nei prodotti e nei servizi.

**Requisiti**:

- Capacità di utilizzo del computer.
- Attitudine a lavorare per obiettivi.
- Disponibilità a lavorare in team.
- Buona conoscenza dell'inglese.

Retribuzione: €1.000,00 - €1.500,00 al mese
