**You are responsible for**
- Building personalized offers for customers, fitting their specific needs and wants
- Construction and presentation of a strategy for our main clients
- Relationship with the agencies and with the sales representatives
- Being aware of the fast evolution of the channel and proposing new ideas
- Responding to customers' queries in a timely and professional manner

**You are a part of**

You will join the Sales team within the Personal Health department. You will work alongside and under the supervision of the Loyalty & Incentives Manager.

**To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following**
- Communication and problem solving skills. Ability to cooperate with other functions in the organization
- Educational level: Bachelor’s or Master degree or equivalent in Marketing, Economics or similar
- Speaking, understanding and writing fluently in English and Italian
- Being precise and attentive to details
- Entrepreneurship, pro-activeness in coming up with ideas on how to improve our processes
