**Minimum qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience of the Smartphone market, dealing with Retailers (both on line pure players or classic retailers), and with Mobile Operators.
- Experience building partnerships within the mobile industry across Telco and Retailers.
- Ability to communicate in English and Italian fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

**Preferred qualifications**:

- Experience working in a distributed cross-functional team both internally and externally.
- High degree of resilience to master situations of highest level of ambiguity with confidence.

The Italian Devices and Services Business Organization (DSBO) team focuses on Google-branded hardware across product categories. Our team is responsible for managing partnerships with our retailers and carriers, including developing channel strategy, discussing commercial terms, marketing and merchandising, and overall market share goals. We partner cross-functionally with marketing, product and engineering, finance, legal, supply management and retail marketing teams internally, and with our partner counterparts across these disciplines.

The Hardware Partnerships team was formed with the purpose of bringing the best of Google’s software and hardware to our users by bringing to market and distributing a Google-branded hardware portfolio. The team is responsible for managing all partnerships with carriers, retailers and resellers worldwide. This includes the partnerships for products such as Pixel, Google Wifi, Google Nest Thermostat, Chromecast Ultra and Google Home.

**Responsibilities**:

- Build long-term relationships to help to realize and optimize value from partnerships.
- Manage hardware products and business growth. Identify opportunities and drive the understanding you have with the partners to take Google Hardware to the next level.
- Forecast and report key metrics, track actual progress toward forecasts, drive and evaluate business growth of promotional and business opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to structure and execute business initiatives, develop work plans, lead analysis, and develop and communicate final recommendations.
- Develop and maintain an understanding of the hardware retail business in Italy. Work with Legal and compliance teams to discuss and execute complex agreements.
