For our **Milan office**, we are looking for a **Internal Events** who will be responsible for providing the highest standards of direct assistance and support to the Leadership and members of the Management Group.

Specifically, you will be responsible for:

- Planning and organizing internal events in collaboration with various departments to better understand needs and objectives;
- Interfacing with external vendors;
- Budget management to ensure events are executed efficiently and within expected costs;
- Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of internal events and providing feedback for future improvements;
- Reporting.
- Preferably a degree or diploma;
- Professional experience in the role;
- Good knowledge of the English language;
- Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite;
- Outstanding communication skills (written and verbal);
- Excellent organizational and time management skills;
- Exceptional problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

Per il nostro ufficio di **Milano **stiamo cercando un/una **Internal events** **che sarà responsabile di fornire i più alti standard di assistenza diretta e di supporto alla Leadership e ai componenti del Management Group.

Nello specifico ti occuperai di:

- Pianificazione e organizzazione di eventi interni in collaborazione con i diversi dipartimenti al fine di meglio comprendere esigenze e obiettivi;
- Interfacciarti con i fornitori esterni;
- Gestione del budget per garantire che gli eventi vengano eseguiti in modo efficiente e nel rispetto dei costi previsti;
- Monitorare e valutare l'efficacia degli eventi interni e fornire feedback per miglioramenti futuri;
- Reportistica.
- Preferibile laurea o diploma;
- Esperienza professionale nel ruolo;
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
- Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office;
- Ottime doti comunicative (scritte e orali);
- Ottime capacità organizzative e di gestione del tempo;
- Ottime capacità di problem solving e multitasking.
