Join us as a **Sales Enablement Manager**

**What you will be doing**
Joining Satispay means being a leader of change and innovation. The role is based within our Headquarter in Milan, where - along with all the key people - as an active member of Satispay, you will join the Revenue Operations Team and you will support the Satispay Group (Italy, France, Luxembourg and soon other countries) in activities such as:

- Creating the global Business Development enablement strategy, framework, methodologies, and support processes to deliver a best in class educational experience
- Review, develop and implement education programmes for all Business Development teams, including tooling and methodologies, reducing ramp-up time for each role
- Design multi-engagement programmes across classroom, virtual & e-learning training platforms, focussing on the best practices and effective learning techniques
- Collaborating with business partners to create and deliver a tailored enablement programme for each role, prioritizing and aligning training to the needs of the each team
- Identify and create critical performance metrics that indicate the effectiveness and overall engagement, aligned to tracking and feedback requirements
- Conducting skills gap analysis to identify areas of improvement by working closely with stakeholders

You have:

- 3-5 years of experience in Sales Training and/or Enablement; experience in a B2B sales environment would be advantageous
- Proven success in scoping, designing, and implementing outcome-based enablement programmes across multiple business streams
- Ability to identify and resolve roadblocks through strong collaboration and communication skills whilst maintaining positive relationships

- Proactive and self-motivated with excellent writing skills and the ability to communicate complex information clearly
- Emotionally intelligent with a can do attitude, motivating and inspiring colleagues though engagement and dedication to achieve shared outcomes
- Energetic in striving for excellence through understanding and attention to detail, leaving no stone unturned in order to set new standards

**Logistic & Salary**
The role is based in Milan with a hybrid work policy.

We offer a competitive salary, commensurate with experience.
