Technical Customer Support

The resource, within the Technical Customer Support Team will pursue the improvement of the level of customer satisfaction, ensuring the approval of new products on the customer's lines, the compliance of the after-sales service with the quality standards required by national - international regulations and the company's Quality policies.
**Main activities**:
- Conduct meetings and inspections at customer sites following reports of complaints, conducting technical analysis of non-conformities
- Coordinate with Quality Assurance and the Sales Department, to evaluate possible solutions to complaints
- Draw up reports of the activity carried out for both internal and external use
- Be aware in depth of the supply specifications in effect with customers
- Contribute, in collaboration with Quality Assurance and the Technical Department, to the drafting of technical manuals for the use of products in order to ensure the correct performance of packaging on the customer's line
- Collaborate in the activity of external and internal audits, carrying out the activities relevant to them with reference to the audit plan
- Support and coordinate with manufacturing plants regarding customer requests in terms of production feasibility
**Skills**:
- Accuracy, planning and organization
- Knowledge of glass production processes
- Knowledge of key complaint handling and problem solving methodologies
- Good relationship and communication skills
- Fluency in English
- Team Working, Proactivity, Problem Solving Good knowledge MS Office
**Education**:
High school diploma or degree in scientific disciplines
