**Job Description**:
We are currently seeking a Southern Europe CRM Intern as part of our dynamic team in Milan.
- How you will contribute:_
- Supporting the Southern Europe CRM Manager in successfully implementing, enhancing and maintaining CRM and engagement program activities in the region
- Carrying out the weekly reports analysis (nationalities, prospects, sales to local) to set up customer segments and work on activities to increase customer loyalty
- Assisting in the coordination of events/initiatives and monitoring their performance: ROI (results on investment) calculation, conversion rate
- Producing materials (newsletter, campaigns, events) and Powerpoint presentations for ad hoc requests/needs as well as keeping updated customer’s database to elaborate detailed reports for all CRM projects
- Participating in store visits with the CRM Manager to enforce the communication flow with Store Managers to coordinate with them all the CRM activities
- Who you are:_
- Student enrolled in Economics Bachelor/Master’s degree program
- Passionate about Luxury & Sales/Marketing fields
- Fluency in Italian and English is mandatory. French is a plus
- Strong analytical skills, excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented, dynamic and proactive
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Package (Advance in Excel, PPT)
