Our Industrial and Energy Technology (IET) operates across 120 countries and serves the entire energy value-chain and industrial sector. We hold an extensive portfolio of rotating equipment, process flow, transmission technology and lifecycle services. Our Engineering Transformation team work to improve the quality of our Engineering processes.

**Collaborate with dynamic, cross-functional and international teams**

You will demonstrate accountability for functional, business, and broad company objectives.
You will simplify and improve processes to meet or exceed business and customer expectations. You will be a critical thinker, always seeking for relevant information and intelligence, analyzing and interpreting them to produce innovative solutions.

As a Lead Process Improvement Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Leading quality initiatives and processes auditing to contribute to the overall business strategy according to IET Engineering Quality plan objectives.
- Providing leadership and direction in cross-functional projects.
- Working with the whole Quality Engineering Platforms population to inject Quality culture inside Engineering Organization.
- Mentoring the Engineering group in the use of Lean Six Sigma as well as other methodologies.

**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have a MSc. in Engineering/Mathematics.
- Be certified as Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt.
- Have the ability to drive cultural changes.
- Have the ability to simplify complex problems and solutions.
- Have the ability to read through organization complexities, human factors and identify non-conventional solutions that are effective and easy to implement
- Have very good oral and written communication skills, as well as interpersonal and leadership skills.
