Junior Sales Representative
La risorsa, rispondendo al Sales Manager, dovrà assicurare il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di vendita per i clienti assegnati e di nuova acquisizione all’interno della zona di propria responsabilità, nel rispetto delle strategie e delle politiche commerciali.
**In particolare dovrà occuparsi di**:
Sviluppare e gestire un portafoglio di clienti attivi e potenziali, tramite visite programmate
Formulare un piano di vendita personale che incorpori iniziative per identificare sia nuove prospettive di business, sia per garantire la crescita all’interno della base di clienti esistente
Sviluppare una solida conoscenza dei servizi dell'azienda, al fine di fornire le migliori soluzioni possibili
Gestire il processo inerente l'elaborazione degli accordi commerciali
Analizzare e monitorare i dati dei clienti per misurarne l’andamento
Garantire la cooperazione con gli altri membri del team di vendita
Requisiti
Minima esperienza in ambito commerciale nella vendita di prodotti o servizi di qualunque natura
Ottima propensione commerciale (orientamento al cliente e ai risultati)
Ottime capacità analitiche e di pianificazione
Teamworking
Diploma o Laurea
Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
Si offre
Assunzione diretta da parte dell'azienda CCNL Commercio e Terziario, + bonus al raggiungimento dei target + benefit (auto ad uso promiscuo, pc e mobile) + tickets restaurant
