About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Internal Sales professional to join our dynamic Microsoft Business Unit. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, inside selling, and managing customer requests through our ticketing tool.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute outbound calls to customers to generate new business opportunities
  • Utilize various sources to gain information on customers and maximize call potential and outcomes
  • Manage customer requests through our ticketing tool, ensuring timely and effective resolution
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the IT industry
  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
  • Prior experience as an Inside Sales representative or in a related field
  • Previous experience with IT systems, including CRM and quotation/order entry systems
  • Advanced Italian language skills and intermediate English language skills
