About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Internal Sales professional to join our dynamic Microsoft Business Unit. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, inside selling, and managing customer requests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute outbound calls to customers to generate new business opportunities
  • Utilize various sources to gain information on customers and maximize call potential and outcomes
  • Manage customer requests through our ticketing tool, communicating effectively in English
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a sales role
  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
  • Prior experience in Inside sales or the IT industry
  • Previous experience with IT systems for quotation, order entry, and CRM - ideally
  • Italian advanced; English intermediate
