Job Purpose:

To serve as the primary point of contact for customers within their respective Business Unit, leveraging in-depth product knowledge and exceptional communication skills to deliver outstanding customer satisfaction, identify new sales opportunities, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue and margin targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive engagement and demonstrated product expertise.
  • Plan and execute outbound calls to customers to generate new business opportunities.
  • Engage in active inbound selling and provide accurate, timely quotations to customers.
  • Manage customer backorder expectations and reporting.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of deals in TD SYNNEX's CRM system, regularly reviewed and updated.
  • Proactively build relationships with key internal and external contacts.
  • Maintain a well-organized CRM system with accurate customer information.
  • Provide, sell, and negotiate product information, pricing, special offers, and promotions.
  • Ensure TD SYNNEX meets service level agreements with customers.
  • Meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as daily talk time and outbound calls.
  • Sell the benefits of using TD SYNNEX and the company value proposition.
  • Develop and execute account plans to maintain and grow customer business, potentially in collaboration with a Field Sales Executive or Business Development Manager.Requirements:
    • Excellent numerical skills with attention to detail.
    • Superior telephone manner.
    • Strong priority management and planning skills.
    • Ability to strive for and achieve set targets.
    • Understanding of the sales process.
    • Effective communication skills.
    • Strong relationship-building skills.
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
    • Prior experience with IT systems for quotation, order entry, and CRM is ideal.
    • A working knowledge of the product set and IT industry is desirable but not essential.
