About the Role:

TD SYNNEX is seeking an Internal Sales Specialist to join our dynamic Microsoft Business Unit. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, inside selling, and managing customer requests through our ticketing tool.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute outbound calls to customers to generate new business opportunities
  • Utilize various sources to gain information on customers and maximize call potential and outcomes
  • Manage customer requests through our ticketing tool, ensuring timely and effective resolution

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a sales role
  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
  • Prior experience in inside sales or the IT industry
  • Previous experience with IT systems for quotation, order entry, and CRM
  • Advanced Italian and intermediate English language skills
