About the Role:
TD SYNNEX is seeking an Internal Sales Specialist to join our dynamic Microsoft Business Unit. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, inside selling, and managing customer requests through our ticketing tool.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute outbound calls to customers to generate new business opportunities
- Utilize various sources to gain information on customers and maximize call potential and outcomes
- Manage customer requests through our ticketing tool, ensuring timely and effective resolution
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in a sales role
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
- Prior experience in inside sales or the IT industry
- Previous experience with IT systems for quotation, order entry, and CRM
- Advanced Italian and intermediate English language skills
