About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Internal Sales Representative to join our IoT, Data & AI business unit. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external contacts, driving sales of specific products and vendors, and managing customer backorders and quotes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively develop relationships with key internal and external contacts to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Engage in active inside selling by utilizing various sources to gain information on customers and maximize call potential and outcomes.
- Manage customer backorders and quotes, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
- Provide, sell, and negotiate product information, pricing, special offers, and promotions to customers.
- Drive sales of specific products and vendors, requiring specialized knowledge and expertise.
- Generate and own a pipeline of deals in TD SYNNEX's CRM system, regularly reviewing and updating opportunities for closure.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in sales or a related field.
- Numerate with good attention to detail.
- Excellent telephone manner and effective communication skills.
- Priority management and planning skills.
- Strive to achieve set targets.
- Understands sales process.
- Ideal candidates will have previous experience of IT systems for quotation, order entry, and CRM.
- A knowledge of Data & AI product set and IT industry knowledge would be desirable but not essential.
- Fluent in Italian and English.
