We are seeking a skilled Sales and Business Development Professional to join our team in Italy. This role will involve building strong relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.
Responsibilities- Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue and margin targets by developing and executing effective sales strategies
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience
A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the IT industry - Sales and Account Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying their needs and preferences
- Proactively seek out new business opportunities, both through referrals and prospecting
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand customer requirements and develop tailored solutions
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Strong listening skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and concerns
- Organizational and Time Management Skills:
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively, managing multiple projects and deadlines
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines and manage competing priorities
- Technical Skills:
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with CRM software, with the ability to learn and utilize new systems
- Language Skills:
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
- Italian language skills desirable but not essential
