Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Sales and Business Development Professional to join our team in Italy. This role will involve building strong relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue and margin targets by developing and executing effective sales strategies
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience

    A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the IT industry
  • Sales and Account Management:
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying their needs and preferences
    • Proactively seek out new business opportunities, both through referrals and prospecting
    • Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand customer requirements and develop tailored solutions
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
    • Strong listening skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and concerns
  • Organizational and Time Management Skills:
    • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively, managing multiple projects and deadlines
    • Strong time management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines and manage competing priorities
  • Technical Skills:
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
    • Familiarity with CRM software, with the ability to learn and utilize new systems
  • Language Skills:
    • Fluent in English (written and verbal)
    • Italian language skills desirable but not essential
