Key Responsibilities:

As an Internal Sales Specialist at TD SYNNEX Italy s.r.l., you will be responsible for managing our PC business, developing strong relationships with allocated accounts, and maintaining a deep knowledge of our portfolio processes and vendors' pricing. Your duties will include managing quotes, closing orders, and being incentivized based on portfolio performance.

Key Activities:

  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with resellers and vendors through proactive engagement and product knowledge.
  • Identify new business opportunities by planning outbound calls to customers and discussing product solutions.
  • Engage in active inside selling by gathering customer information, developing activities, and managing reporting and customer backorders.
  • Provide product information, negotiate pricing and promotions, and ensure service levels are maintained with customers.
  • Meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as customer engagement and sell the benefits of using TD SYNNEX.
  • Develop partner relationships through account planning, cross-selling, and providing accurate quotations.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of sales experience with a passion for the IT selling ecosystem.
  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills, with a focus on building strong relationships.
  • Good attention to detail and priority management skills, with a focus on achieving set targets.
