Field Sales Representative

As a Field Sales Executive at TD SYNNEX, you will be responsible for managing a defined set of key customers across our entire portfolio, focusing on the largest accounts. Your goal will be to maximize associated lines of revenue, profit, and potential lines of business by developing and maintaining strong face-to-face customer relationships.
Responsibilities:- Develop strategic plans to drive growth and execute against current business, identifying opportunities to expand our portfolio and deepen customer relationships.
- Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with key decision-makers through regular customer visits and proactive communication.
- Collaborate with internal resources to coordinate sales efforts and drive business outcomes.
- Identify and pursue incremental business opportunities through excellent customer relationships and a deep understanding of customer needs.
- Deliver value to customers while maintaining expected levels of margin return and balanced product mix.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of essential reporting, profiling, and general administration within TD SYNNEX systems.
- Drive usage of our e-commerce tool (InTouch) by promoting its benefits to customers and maintaining Service Level Agreements.
- Develop tailored customer value propositions to drive customer engagement and growth.
- 4-6 years of industry or direct customer experience.
- Advanced knowledge of TD SYNNEX's business practices and recognized as a Subject Matter Expert for responsible line of business/technology area(s).
- Outstanding customer relations skills, excellent communication skills, and ability to deliver powerful presentations.
- Gravitas and business credibility are essential, as well as experience working with CRM systems and SAP R3.
- Ability to understand and analyze financial inputs and working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
