**Job Description**:
We are currently seeking a Junior Press Officer as part of our dynamic team in Milan.
- How you will contribute_
- Responsible for all Bottega Veneta press sample sets management at worldwide level (send-outs and returns).
- Coordination of all press sample requests worldwide (15+ each day) in support to local PR offices (until delivery of regional press sample sets).
- Coordination of HQ sample requests for press and corporate (studio, e-commerce, merchandising, training).
- Management of sample requests for internal events (press days, trunk shows etc.)
- Coordination of sample requests for EMEA wholesale and franchisee partners (Northern Europe, Russia, Turkey etc).
- Support in the seasonal order of press samples sets and management of deliveries with production.
- Management of press gifting deliveries in all regional press offices.
- Management of sample database in Fashion GPS (tracking, coordination) at HQ and supervision of local Fashion GPS databases.
- Provide key logístical support for all PR-related events (coordination with courier services/messengers, calligraphy etc.).
- Coordination of magazines monitoring and press (product + corporate) clipping database.
- Assist Worldwide PR Manager in daily tasks including reporting activities (i.e. Weekly best editorials).
- Oversees all product-related press enquires for regional PR offices.
- Supervises team for press showroom maintenance and inventory.
- Responsible for sample management back-office (press sample pricing, store pulls, gift & legal forms, proforma invoicing and other shipping infos).
- Who you are_
- At least 1-2 years of experience in the press office of a luxury fashion house.
- Degree in Communication or Events Management
- Fluent knowledge of written and spoken English and Italian
- Good Knowledge of Fashion GPS
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility and ability to handle multiple tasks
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Teamwork and good relational skills
- Good time management skills
