LeasePlan Italia, è alla ricerca di n. 1 Mobility Reservation Support da inserire all’interno della Direzione Customer Experience & Mobility. Il ruolo, basato a Roma, riporta al Mobility Reservation & Administration Supervisor.

SCOPO DELLA POSIZIONE:
Scopo della posizione è quello di garantire la corretta prenotazione dei veicoli sostitutivi, flexiplan e prelease nel rispetto della categoria, della data e della location richiesta dal cliente.

PRINCIPALI ATTIVITA’:

- Garantire la corretta acquisizione dei dati relativi ai veicoli sostitutivi erogati da RAC.
- Gestire la prenotazione dei veicoli sostitutivi urgenti e pianificati a valle dell’inserimento della richiesta di servizio su RAC e su Internal Fleet.
- Monitorare l’interruzione di mobilità garantendo l’acquisizione delle informazioni richieste per una gestione tempestiva del ripristino della disponibilità dei mezzi intervenendo su unità organizzative interne o fornitori esterni, laddove necessario.
- Gestire la pianificazione degli ordini commerciali flexiplan/prelease in base alla data di consegna richiesta dal cliente e al canale di appartenenza del cliente.
- Identificare le migliori soluzioni per fornire il veicolo attraverso la disponibilità delle auto flexiplan o presso rent a car.
- Identificare le eventuali criticità e collaborare con la forza vendita per mitigare le soluzioni a rischio con il cliente.
- Gestire con il team Mobility Fleet Manangement una pianificazione che supporti le necessità del team Mobility Reservation ottimizzando la gestione operativa e la logística della flotta.
- Segnalare al diretto responsabile le eventuali situazioni di criticità che potrebbero mettere a rischio o fallire l’esito della prenotazione.
- Gestire le opzioni dei veicoli in base a richieste preventive di ordini che devono essere ancora perfezionati dal commerciale.
- Attivare le richieste di trasporto di veicoli noleggiabili legati a ordini in gestione.
- Gestire tutte le altre tipologie di richieste legate ad esigenze interne per garantire la mobilità.
- Gestire le attività di logística delle auto e relative movimentazioni nei parcheggi delle sedi di Leaseplan, direttamente su Roma o attraverso il supporto di fornitori esterni presso le altre sedi.
- Garantire il supporto telefonico ai fornitori in relazione agli strumenti tecnologici messi a loro disposizione.
- Gestire l’Acd telefonico dedicato assicurando i livelli di servizio attesi.
- Gestire la mail dedicata assicurando le risposte secondo i livelli di servizio attesi.
- Assicura il necessario supporto alle attivià di Fleet Management, al fine di assicurare i corretti livelli di servizio al cliente, in caso di picchi stagionali o situazioni di criticità.

CONOSCENZE - CAPACITA’ - ATTITUDINI:

- Laurea.
- Gestione degli ordini e monitoraggio della loro evasione.
- Gestione della prenotazione e riscontro al cliente.
- Gestione della logística, allestimento, consegna delle auto.
- Pianificazione e gestione delle priorità.
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese scritta e parlata.
- Ottima conoscenza di Office (in particolare di Excel).
