Per il team dedicato al comparto industriale della movimentazione, elevazione e sollevamento, selezioniamo un Regulatory Affairs.

La persona avrà la responsabilità di presidiare la normativa di riferimento nazionale ed europea nei settori di competenza, in particolar modo nello sviluppo delle legislazioni digitali (relativamente alla intelligenza artificiale, cybersicurezza di prodotto, regolamento macchine ecc) per verificare l'eventuale impatto per le aziende associate.

Nello specifico si occuperà di:

- partecipare a tavoli di lavoro italiani ed europei di associazione;
- interagire con le aziende associate attraverso incontri regolari per fornire aggiornamenti ed informazioni continue;
- elaborare position paper assieme alle aziende associate ed enti notificati;
- raccogliere eventuali posizioni delle aziende associate da portare all'attenzione dei legislatori europei e nazionali preparando le possibili attività di lobbying.

La persona che stiamo cercando possiede una Laurea in Ingegneria ed esperienza pregressa nel ruolo.

Sarà considerato un plus la provenienza da enti di certificazione, normazione e/o aziende del settore.

Completano il profilo la capacità di team working, il lavoro per obiettivi, l’interazione e la negoziazione.
