OFFSHORE PROJECT LOGISTICS COORDINATOR

che entrerà a fare parte del dipartimento Logistica nella funzione Supply Chain ed avrà il compito di seguire, promuovere e proporre miglioramenti ai metodi logistici di ogni progetto all’interno di basi logistiche, aree portuali e cantieri navali, in conformità con le caratteristiche del progetto e dell'azienda, in stretto coordinamento con il responsabile della logística, con i dipartimenti tecnici, i reparti operativi e con il responsabile del progetto, garantendo che le attività nel loro complesso siano eseguite secondo le procedure logistiche e di QHSE approvate.

**Responsabilità**:

- Verificare e garantire che le implementazioni del sistema logistico della Società siano comprese e applicate dai subappaltatori;
- Seguire lafase esecutiva delle spedizioni dei materiali aziendali da/per la base logística e i cantieri navali, garantendo che la movimentazione ed il trasporto delle merci siano eseguiti rispettando le istruzioni ed entro i tempi assegnati;
- Essere responsabile delle prestazioni complessive del magazzino a terra in subappalto e delle aree di stoccaggio;
- Gestire i servizi dell'agenzia marittima, compreso il controllo delle domande di sdoganamento, in modo sicuro e tempestivo in conformità con i requisiti del progetto;
- Supportareil Logistic Manager nella preparazione della documentazione técnica per le gare con le Agenzie Marittime e dare supporto al Procurement circa l'accuratezza técnica e commerciale delle offerte ricevute, partecipando alla definizione della strategia di gara;
- Monitorarele prestazioni dei fornitori di servizi logistici di base, delle agenzie marittime, dei fornitori di servizi di spedizione e dogana e di altri subappaltatori di servizi relativi alla logística;
- Interfacciarsi con il Logistic Manager, con l'ufficio tecnico e con il personale del sito, mantenendo efficienti il flusso di comunicazione e l’esecuzione delle attività logistiche, così da garantire presenza delle attrezzature di progetto in loco, mobilitazione/smobilitazione del materiale, sdoganamento, monitoraggio, movimentazione, stoccaggio e consegna finale su PSV/Unità offshore e/o Cantiere in modo sicuro e tempestivo.
- Monitorare la corretta applicazione delle tariffe e delle condizioni contrattuali dei servizi da parte dei Subappaltatori;
- Coordinamento delle operazioni logistiche in loco (cantieri navali / basi logistiche in tutto il mondo).

**Requisiti**:

- Piena disponibilità alla mobilità internazionale ( dopo un primo periodo in sede a Milano è previsto l’espatrio).
- Esperienza come operatore logistico / doganale o coordinatore logistico;
- Piena padronanza dell’Inglese scritto e parlato;
- Capacità di adattamento a diversi ambienti e a relazioni di lavoro multiculturali;
- Approccio analitico e capacità di gestione dei materiali, dell’inventario e della reportistica.
- Conoscenza di:
processi di acquisto;
attività di spedizione,basi logistiche /cantieri navali, sollevamento e manovre;
Incoterm;
lettere di vettura e documenti di trasporto;
principali normative e regimi doganali in una transazione internazionale;
normativa internazionale comune in materia di trasporto merci.
