**Responsibilities**:

- Develop a roadmap and detail targets for the Food chain in Italy in collaboration with BDM South EU.
- Collaborate closely with wide range of internal stakeholders from different background and functions
- Identify new business opportunities in the market, continuously screen potential food value chain companies for potential collaboration
- Commercialize current Yara services and drive development of further services in collaboration with different stakeholders. The value propositions need to be developed based on deep understanding of customer needs and our crop expertise.
- Responsible of developing the solution offer, including products, tools, services, and prices. Actively engage with the key stakeholders of the partners, such as agronomy manager, management/strategic/sustainability departments, and procurement. Collaborate and align with the Yara sales team (pricing, channels, etc.).
- Establish accounts with local companies in food value chain - in collaboration with Regional BDM, M&A and Sales teams and other FC resources in the YEU when needed
- Coordinate and drive local activities of Food value chain
- Establish regular contact to key stakeholders around the agribusiness and food chain and communicate the Yara story, Yara’s commitment to reduce carbon footprint and Yara’s strategies
- Represent Yara in food forums to position Yara as the preferable partner at the food chain.

**Profile**:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Agriculture or other relevant discipline with 10-15 years commercial experience in key account management, knowledge in business model development/new offerings development
- Experience with partnership work and food value chain companies
- Experience in sustainability is a plus
- Experience in working in international teams and culturally diverse environments
- Strong Commercial thinking and an Entrepreneurial mindset
- Stakeholder management experience, and strong collaboration skills.
- Project management skills
- Strong influence and negotiation skills
- Comfortable with interacting with stakeholders at different levels both internally and externally from different backgrounds and functions
- Structured and systematic way of working
- Open minded with positive drive, solution oriented
- Able to have holistic view when establishing value proposals for Food Chain collaboration
- Fluent Italian communication skills are a prerequisite as well as good English language skills
