Per una PMI italiana leader di mercato nella produzione e commercializzazione di lubrificanti e additivi, ricerchiamo un **Operations Manager** che, portando metodo, struttura ed organizzazione, implementi e faccia evolvere le strategie condivise con la Direzione Generale, assicurando la gestione efficiente dei processi di Acquisto, Produzione, Logistica e Magazzino.
L’Operations Manager risponde alla Direzione nonché Proprietà coordinando risorse tra ufficio magazzino, produzione, logística interna e acquisti per circa 20 FTE. Sarà inoltre un punto di contatto con l’ R&D per realizzare l’ innovazione di prodotto.

**Le tue sfide professionali?**
- Garantire **Valore** per il cliente: massimizzare la soddisfazione del cliente attraverso una ottimale gestione della produzione, degli acquisti, della logística: i prodotti sono conosciuti per le performance eccellenti e per le prestazioni nettamente superiori rispetto ai competitor;
- Strutturare i **processi** in ambito Manufacturing : Organizzare e gestire i flussi di produzione, dalla schedulazione alla pianificazione della produzione (gamma di circa 200 referenze)
- Migliorare le **Performance** aziendali: Definire e implementare dashboard e KPI al fine di avere una analisi dei dati sulle performance, attivare azioni correttive e processi da implementare.
- **Leadership**: Gestire, coordinare e sviluppare le persone che lavorano nel Plant impegnandosi a motivare i team di lavoro e a mantenere alto il livello di _engagement._ Capacità di coinvolgere, formare e guidare attraverso l’esempio.

**Requisiti richiesti**:

- Laurea in ingegneria gestionale o meccanica
- Esperienza di almeno 7 anni maturata in aziende di produzione, con focus sull’ottimizzazione dei processi in ambito logistico, manufacturing, acquisti;
- Conoscenza degli strumenti di Lean Manufacturing

**Soft skills**: passione, capacità di gestire le sfide professionali e assumersi crescenti responsabilità, determinazione: contribuire a dare valore aggiunto all’azienda.

**Lo stabilimento si trova in provincia di Lucca.**
