Excellent opportunity to lead the Italian branch (Sales Organization)

**About Our Client**:
Leading multinational company at a global level in the world of accessories.

Reporting to the European Sales Director, the main responsibilities will be:

- Develop the Sales&Marketing strategy in accordance with Head Quarter
- Oversee the tactical sales, marketing & training plan in each channel
- Motivate and manage performance of the sales team to ensure KPI's delivery
- Achieve sales and profit targets
- Appraise new opportunities & ROI through commercial planning
- Guarantee the correct reporting to the H.Q.
- Define and attend industry conferences and events
- Collect information on competitors from the market

**The Successful Applicant**:

- At least 5/10 years of solid experience in the role in consumer electronics/accessories/IT industry
- Degree required, preferably in economics, business administration
- Proven track record for overachieving & growing market penetration
- Strong ability in working relationships (colleagues, clients and suppliers)
- Goal oriented, high achiever and strong analytic skills
- Inspirational leadership skills
- Fluency in English and Italian
