Our Europe Sales team is looking for a talented, and passionate Regional Sales Manager. You will be responsible for sales of assigned products in the **West geographical area (Spain and Portugal)** working in close coordination with an experienced team of sales and product managers and reporting to the European, Distribution Director. The role is remote based in Italy.

In this role you will be a part of exciting journey in the transforming energy segment, where DFS and its products play a significant role. Our product portfolio today is comprised by multiple product lines and you will be in charge of the fuel dispensers, aftermarket components and EV charging systems for your assigned region.

As a Distribution Regional Sales Manager, you will be primarily responsible for sales of specific products (fuel dispensers, aftermarket components and EV charging systems) with your own assigned budget, across Spain and Portugal, working in close coordination with other Sales and Product Managers. You are interfacing with a well established channels partners network, delivering them “best-in class” pre
- and post-sales services and support. You are also responsible to build sustainable relations and collaborations with other sales manager and key account in the region.

**Your responsibilities**
- Sales Manager/first point of contact of distributors in the following countries: Spain and Portugal
- Be responsible and accountable for overall assigned sales performance in the country: annual revenue/orders plan and associated commercial margin
- Take immediate initiative to share best practices, full support to our distributors (admin, order entry, shipments, credit collection).
- Being Customer centric and act as an interface between our End Customers and Distributors and our manufacturing facilities.
- Support the Distribution European Director on various initiative to create added value to our End-Customers
- Be excellent in problem solving, leading and driving distributor and customer problems to resolution; act as a liaison between customer and engineering/production/product/finance teams to resolve quality / reliability / delivery issues to meet customer expectation

**Your knowledge and skills**
- Business or Commercial Degree with experience within the O&G industry or Technical Degree such as Mechanical, Chemical, Energy engineering or related with experience in Direct/Indirect Sales or Account Management
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in either direct sales and/or distribution sales
- Previous experience in the fueling, gas or O&G industry is highly recommended
- Fluent or native Spanish speaker and fluent in English.
- Ability to travel to the assigned region and to different DFS sites when necessary
- Highly organised, with the ability to work under pressure ensuring tight deadlines are met
- Excellent working knowledge and ability to use office automation software including, but not limited to Microsoft Office.
