Spare Parts Technical Specialist
ROT - Bobst Italia (San Giorgio Monferrato)
La figura ricercata avrà due compiti principali: gestione e responsabilità liste parti di scorta e aggiornamento del portale Web MyBobst.
La persona inserita diventerà il riferimento per queste due funzioni a livello di sito, con collaborazione trasversale attiva con gli altri dipartimenti aziendali (sales, project management, engineering), nonché il riferimento a livello di gruppo per il portale Web MyBobst.
**Responsabilità principali**:
- Portale MyBobst:_
- Collaborazione continua con il team a livello di gruppo con sede a Losanna, per contribuire ai feedback dei clienti, allineamento strategie e implementazione nuove funzioni;
- Presentazione diretta ai clienti in visita in sede, con spiegazione funzionalità e potenzialità del portale stesso;
- Analisi potenziale nuovi clienti del nostro business e relativa implementazione comprensive di training in remote o tramite le local entity.
- Liste parti di scorta_
- Definire i componenti critici di tutte le piattaforme vendute dal sito, in collaborazione con altri enti aziendali e anche tramite analisi sulle macchine in collaudo presso l’azienda;
- Redigere gli elenchi di parti di scorta raccomandate per tutte le macchine vendute dal sito;
- Presentazione diretta ai clienti in visita in sede.
**Competenze e Soft skills**:
- Competenza técnica elettrica e/o meccanica;
- Buona capacità comunicativa;
- Propensione al team working;
- Customer Oriented;
- Spiccata propensione al problem solving.
**Istruzione ed Esperienza**:
- Diploma di scuola media superiore in materie tecniche (elettronica, meccatronica, meccanica);
- Conoscenza della lingua inglese sia parlata che scritta a livello B2;
