For our growing team in Italy, we are looking for an enthusiastic Spare Parts Coordinator basedin San Vittore Olona.

As our new  Spare Parts Coordinator  (SPC), you are responsible for processing new and following up on existing orders/quotes and manage requests and inquiries related to spare parts orders and quotes including delivery status, return requests and pricing.

You are the key contact for the internal supply chain organization for all matters related to orders/quotes and must be proficient in the skills necessary to identify parts and to provide customers with prompt and reliable answers to their spare part enquiries.

The objective of this role is to provide world-class customer service throughout the whole parts request handling process.

What You'll Be Doing :

Identify sales opportunities for parts Managing customer expectations with regards to parts delivery Prepare and follow up on spare parts quotations Update and register customer and installed base information Ensure customers’ needs are met quickly and efficiently Follow all parts requests through to their completion Manage spare parts quotations and orders and provide delivery status Monitor and follow up on payments

Bachelor degree, preferably from a technical college, or similar knowledge level At least 2 years of experience in the industrial sector (ideally in Food & Beverages) Knowledge of Spare Part processes and warehousing ideally worked in a Sales or Service environment Experience of using SAP and Navision is a big advantage Appreciation of commercial service and business development Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction. Result orientation, ability to follow through and respect deadlines. Customer face-to-face interaction skills and commercial service skills. Excellent communication skills in Italian and English
