As a Global Customer Care and Fulfillment Director, you will be responsible for:
- Leading the teams responsible for quoting, order entry and order fulfillment within the Aftermarket Centers (AMCs)
- Implementing one parts process from ITO OTR using blueprint tools.
- Implementing quote intelligence as a leading indicator to drive stocking strategies.
- Streamlining quoting process down to 2 days with goal to eliminate repeat manual quotes.
- Leading the continuous improvement of the eCommerce platforms, driving automation and ease of use for channel partners.
- Facilitating use of global inventory, through drop shipments from any facility and better visibility of available stock.
- Pushing Lean principles through all aspects by clearing non-added value tasks.
- Developing and promote talents within the AMCs with new ways to recognize and develop individuals.
- Working collaboratively and cross-functionally with coordination with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal and Compliance for larger strategies across the Valve business.
**Fuel your passion**
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
- Have a minimum of 5 additional years of experience in Customer Operations, Commercial Experience, and being a people leader.
- Have experience with control and safety relief valves.
- Have experience in shop management, warehouse operations, order fulfillments, and transactions.
