- **Business Development Manager Building Construction**_

**Job Purpose**

Business development expert in **Topcon’s** Building Construction solutions.

Creating and maintaining business within a specific region by finding and managing relevant distribution channels
- **Core Job Duties**_
- Commercial expert in our Building Construction solutions
- Finding new and managing exiting distributors for our Building Construction solutions
- Promote our Building Construction solutions by various publicity and visibility activities, and working with our Marketing Team on strategic marketing activities
- Create and drive a strategic business plan for our Building Construction solutions within a specific country/region
- Proactively work with Product Management to ensure our solution meets customer expectations and market potential
- Proactively work with our Operations Team to ensure the logistics, ordering and delivery activities are optimized
- **Education & Experience**_
- Fluent **English**, driving license, willingness to travel
- Experience with finding and managing distribution partners. Practical experience with construction projects, especially software and data workflows
- Familiar with modern construction practices.
- Confident and convincing appearance with our business partners, excellent communication skills, experience with sales and marketing activities
- **50% or more of the time and managing people is a core duty of the job**

**Working Conditions**:

- Remote working, therefore motivated and independent. Flexible for travelling.
- Comfortable with both construction management and construction sites/workers
- 50 % traveling
- Incentive Bonus on sales targets
