Requirements - Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential, knowledge of additional languages is a plus. - Experience in customer service' preferably in a multilingual environment. - Strong communication abilities with a focus on fostering positive relationships with customers. - Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach. - Familiarity with computer systems and CRM software is advantageous. - A positive attitude' a passion for new cultural experiences' and willingness to relocate to Greece. - Ability to work flexible hours' including evenings and weekends if required.
