About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Cinema Concierge to join our team at Alamo Drafthouse Cinema. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring that every visit to our theatre is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring that every need is met and exceeded
  • Stay up-to-date on current and upcoming movies, as well as special events at the theatre
  • Maintain a clean and organized concierge desk, as well as the surrounding area
  • Process admission tickets and handle cash transactions with accuracy and efficiency
  • Assist guests with special needs, such as disabilities, and provide support as needed
  • Direct guest traffic within the theatre and ensure a smooth flow of customers
  • Champion and adhere to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Possess a passion for the cinematic experience and a strong knowledge of movies
  • Ability to operate POS systems and handle cash transactions
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, as well as lift and transport items up to 50 pounds
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
