About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Railway Signalling Systems Specialist to join our team at Alstom. As a key member of our Services Signalling Business Unit, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support to maintenance activities for Railway Signalling Systems operated by our domestic and international customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor system performance and execute hardware and software upgrades.
  • Provide technical expertise to product engineering teams in case of unknown bugs or behaviors.
  • Offer customer feedback to improve products and meet customer needs.
  • Develop and implement maintenance and technical assistance plans.
  • Coordinate with maintenance technicians on site and provide remote support.
  • Collaborate with service organization to define maintenance strategies in tenders and offers.
  • Work with product engineering to define maintainability requirements during the product design phase.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
  • Excellent knowledge of electronic design principles and methodologies.
  • Basic knowledge of common operating systems and network protocols.
  • Ability to interpret electric drawings and schemes.
  • Capability to use test tools such as oscilloscopes and multimeters.
