About the Role

DSCOVR, a dynamic and rapidly growing company, is seeking a highly motivated Growth Manager to join its team. As a key member of the sales team, you will play a crucial role in identifying and qualifying leads, and ultimately driving revenue growth for the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation: Research and prospect new business opportunities using various strategies to identify potential customers and determine their interest and qualification.
  • Initial Contact: Establish relationships with prospects through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to set up meetings and discussions.
  • Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, identifying their needs and proposing solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Client Management: Support clients in the use of agreed products and services, and cultivate relationships for re-selling, up-selling, and cross-selling activities.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop and implement lead generation strategies and engage prospects and customers in company events and initiatives.
  • Work with the product team to collect and value feedback and interesting insights from customers regarding the product.
  • Ensure all sales activities and customer interactions are up-to-date in the CRM system.
Requirements
  • Fluency in French is a must.
  • Experience in sales or customer service roles.
  • Passion for technology and SaaS platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks.
  • A strong desire to succeed and exceed targets.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
