Project Manager Job Description

As a Project Manager at LEO Pharma, you will be responsible for managing site utilities and overseeing the implementation of CAPEX project plans within the factory. Your main responsibilities will include:

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop a detailed CAPEX portfolio plan to track project progress.
  • Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility according to GMP and best practices.
  • Coordinate internal functions and third parties/vendors for the execution of projects.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within established budget.
  • Measure project outcomes using LEO systems, tools, and practices.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks involving relevant stakeholders.
Utilities Management
  • Technical and operational management of Site black & clean utilities, including coordination of third parties according to LEO standards, GMP, EHS, and law regulations.
  • Manage Complex Infrastructure Services and Utilities safeguarding their continuous availability 24/7.
  • Identify and implement improvement actions to increase efficiency and effectiveness of the relative units.
  • Guarantee cost effectiveness and consistency so that they are in line with the quality, accuracy, and performance required.
  • Manage projects aimed at efficiency improvement of Site black & clean utilities systems through continuous process optimization and technical improvement.
  • Give technical insight to the purchasing department for technical service providers.
  • Identify, evaluate, and implement requests from authorities and third parties.
  • Manage the Site technical library including drawings, maintenance plans, etc.
  • Responsible for Site On Call service.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Engineering.
  • At least 5 years' experience in plant engineering, project engineering, or maintenance of chemical-pharmaceutical plants.
  • Fluent communication in English (both written and spoken).
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package.
  • Knowledge of national and international GMP standards.
  • Knowledge of the production process.
  • Project management skills.
