Technical Area Sales Manager

About the Role:
The Nordson EFD Technical Area Sales Manager is responsible for generating sustainable and predictable revenue growth in Italy using Nordson EFD's product portfolio.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop a detailed territory plan and review it quarterly with the Regional Manager.
- Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services.
- Work closely with customers to complete application questionnaires and submit them for review and approval.
- Negotiate prices and delivery times within the limits of authority.
- Maintain customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify, research, and contact prospective customers to build positive relationships.
- Promote the Nordson EFD brand name and product portfolio to achieve active customer growth.
Requirements:
- Proper education enabling the successful performance of the job.
- Solution-based selling capabilities.
- Minimum 3 years of recent field sales experience in a business-to-business environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluent Italian and English language skills.
Travel Requirements:
50% travel across North Western, West, and South Western Italy.
