International Sales Director

Aims International Italia S.R.L. is seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the Divisional Business Development Manager - Packaging Solutions position within the Machinery Division.
The role, reporting directly to the General Manager of the Machinery Division, will be responsible for developing the business of the Division in international markets, achieving the expected revenue targets, and maximizing the Division's sales profit.
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in managerial sales roles, gained within international companies operating on a project basis in the industrial plant and machinery sector, preferably in packaging, filling, and automation.
The successful candidate will also possess excellent English knowledge, a client-oriented mindset, and strong analytical skills.
Key responsibilities include:
- Define, control, and monitor annual global Machinery sales budget.
- Create, develop, and maintain customer relations, acting as a reliable interlocutor for key accounts.
- Oversee the end-to-end sales process: prospection, offer generation, negotiation, order intake, payments, etc.
- Analyse market trends and competitors and cooperate with technical team in new product/service development.
- Coordinate the assigned team in various locations to ensure global sales targets are reached.
- Collaborate with Coster global packaging commercial network and participate in international sales exhibitions.
- Create and review marketing material.
The successful candidate will be a strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both towards the client and within the organization.
The role requires a willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time.
