Position Overview
The Risk Onboarding Team operates within Worldline's First Line of Defence (1LoD), focusing on the assessment of new clients seeking our services.
Key Responsibilities of the Risk Onboarding Team:
- Evaluate counterparty risks to ensure alignment with company policies and compatibility with financial and capital structures.
- Collaborate with business units to define and enhance procedures, ensuring effective implementation and compliance.
- Adhere to regulatory standards during the customer evaluation process.
- Develop and implement models and methodologies for risk assessment.
- Communicate evaluation results to senior management and governing bodies.
- Classify risk positions in accordance with internal regulations.
- Enhance tools and methods for client onboarding and evaluation.
- Execute operational controls as defined by relevant regulations.
- Maintain strong relationships with external parties to gather accurate information for evaluations.
- Provide insights on process efficiencies and system maintenance as needed.
Daily Duties
- Assess new clients, gathering necessary information and documentation.
- Analyze clients' financials based on established criteria.
- Evaluate additional services required by clients.
- Conduct reporting activities.
- Perform back-office tasks.
