Position Overview

The Risk Onboarding Team operates within Worldline's First Line of Defence (1LoD), focusing on the assessment of new clients seeking our services.

Key Responsibilities of the Risk Onboarding Team:

  • Assess and align counterparty risk levels with company policies and financial frameworks.
  • Collaborate with business units to define and enhance procedures and processes, ensuring effective risk management and compliance.
  • Guarantee adherence to regulatory standards during the client evaluation process.
  • Develop and implement models and methodologies for comprehensive risk assessment.
  • Communicate evaluation outcomes to senior management and governing bodies.
  • Classify risk positions in accordance with internal regulations.
  • Enhance tools and methods for client onboarding and evaluation, ensuring alignment with company guidelines.
  • Execute operational controls as defined by relevant regulations.
  • Maintain strong relationships with external parties to gather accurate information for evaluations.
  • Oversee system maintenance and contribute to process efficiency improvements.

Daily Responsibilities

  • Conduct evaluations of new clients, gathering necessary documentation and information.
  • Analyze clients' financial status based on established criteria.
  • Assess additional services requested by clients.
  • Engage in reporting activities.
  • Perform back-office functions.

  • A strong interest in financial analysis, including reclassification and explanatory notes.
  • Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, teamwork, adaptability, and proactivity.

  • Proficiency in English.
