About the Role

We are seeking a talented Assistant Relationship Manager to join our Corporate Sector Coverage team in Italy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the origination, development, and maintenance of relationships with our corporate clients.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, identifying business opportunities and generating revenue growth.
  • Assist in managing a portfolio of corporate clients, including origination, development, and maintenance of relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless transactions and processes.
  • Monitor client profitability and portfolio KPIs, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Participate in sector initiatives and improvement projects, contributing to the growth and efficiency of our Corporate Sector Coverage team.

Requirements

  • Academic degree or MBA in finance, economics, law, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a commercial role, with a potential for origination capabilities and deal making.
  • Excellent communication skills in Italian and English.
  • Good product knowledge and an interest in learning across lending, leasing, and working capital solutions.
